- EQUIPTEK LABS WARRANTY TERMS

- Products can be returned in their original condition within 10 from the day of receipt
if the order was shipped by a common carrier*. Products
purchased and picked up directly from our office can be returned within 5 days from the
invoice date. Return authorization is required. Products returned without valid RMA number
will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, customs
duties and import taxes. Warranty coverage is limited to electrical failures, which occur
when equipment is operated according to manufacturer's instructions. At our discretion
warranty remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.

Instruments and accessories, Equipment Manuals, Software, Device programmers, Some
instruments that require software on magnetic media for normal operation, Internal
replacement parts
