How to place a credit card order

You can place a credit card order by calling 650-261-1711 from 8:30 to 6 Pacific standard time ( GMT-8 hours ) or by requesting an invoice and paying with a credit card at our secure credit card processor website. Local customer are welcome to pay on line and pick up in person.

 

The following information is required for credit card order:

 

1. Name of the person placing an order along with a phone number and email address
2. Shipping address for the order ( we do not ship to the PO box addresses)
3. Billing address ( The address where you receive your credit card statements)
6. Shipping method (we do not use customers or 3rd party shipping accounts. Prepaid return shipping labels are acceptable)

7. International customers may be asked to supply additional information (we reserve the right to refuse a credit card payment for non US orders)

How to place NET terms order

US and Canadian educational institutions, US Government and Fortune 1000 companies:

Please E-MAIL your Purchase order. Your PO must include AP contact Name, email and a phone number.

All other US corporations:

Please  E-MAIL your Purchase order along with Bank and three Trade references. Please allow 3-5 business days to complete the credit check. To expedite you credit application approval you may include your Dunns & Bradstreet number. If your first order total is under $900.00, a one time charge of  $50.00  will be added to the price of the goods. This charge will be credit back on your second order if placed within 90 days of 1st order shipment.

Paypal orders

If you are paying with Paypal please add 2% to the order total. Paypal verified address is required.

Payment by Bank Wire Transfer or SWIFT

Customer will be required to pay all wire transfer fees. Your bank will tell you the sum of all the fees they will deduct from the amount you wire to our account. In addition if transferred sum is less than $1000 US, you will need to add $15.00 US to cover wire transfer fee charged by our bank.

SHIPPING OPTIONS for US ORDERS: Federal Express
Ground, Economy (3 day), 2nd Day, Overnight, Priority Overnite. Customers may also email a prepaid return shipping label.

SHIPPING OPTIONS for Canadian orders: Federal Express
Ground, Economy or Express. Customers may also email a prepaid return shipping label. Consignee is responsible for import duties and taxes.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

US Mail.  Subject to weight and size limitations. Equiptek Labs is not responsible for delayed or lost shipment if USPS tracking indicates package arrival to the country of destination.

Federal Express: Economy or Express. Two day delivery to many countries at rates of less than 50% of eBay Global shipping costs.

AIR FREIGHT: Use your own freight forwarder or we will select one for you. This is the best way to ship heavy or bulky items.

SALES TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES

Equiptek Labs does not collect sales taxes or customs duties on orders shipped to location outside of state of California.
For shipments to San Mateo County addresses, local state sales tax will be added to the order total. For all other California counties sales tax rate is 7.25%
If your company or organization is exempt from California sales tax, please E-MAIL your Resale permit and completed Blanket Certificate of Resale.
